Don’t wait until you get past your breaking point…
Don’t wait until all this negativity and toxicity from people and situations take its toll on you…
I know you are magnificently resilient, I know you have all the stamina and patience in the world, I know how hard you work every single day… I also know how lonely this can feel, and I can’t even imagine how drained you may feel.
I hope you haven’t experienced anything similar, but I have personally experienced how much all this negativity, toxicity, lack of appreciation, and recognition build up on us, without even noticing!
So is there any magic formula that you can use to not feel that? Well, I haven’t exactly found a magic formula as it doesn’t exist!
But I am here to invite you to be kinder to yourself and to stop beating yourself up especially when you try your best while maneuvering a million things in your life. What you do is enough…But I want to point out something rather simple that we usually leave last..which is taking care of ourselves! This is the very reason why all the things mentioned above pile up and start feeling unbearable!
We are so good at taking care of others right? But you usually forget the most important person…YOU…
How can we possibly show up at our best for ourselves, our families, partner, spouse, friends, colleagues, employees, and our own business if we don’t take the appropriate time to recharge and take care of ourselves?
If you are at a point that what used to feel pleasant doing, now feels too much to even bother doing it, if you feel like quitting, or like no one understands you and your situation and most of all that you had enough it is time for a small break instead of quitting.

I was at a point of quitting 2 days ago, and then I realized that I am not doing anything the last months for myself to actually pause, do something I love and be 100% present in the moment.No wonder why I felt I’ve had enough. Well in many cases we do have enough, and this is a different occasion and opportunity to pause and see what is our next move. But what if you don’t have to reach your breaking point every single time, which is really such a low state. It can only become empowering when we recognize the dynamics behind it, which is usually taking decisions that will move us forward no matter what.
By combining this force with the power of taking care of ourselves and do the things that help us recharge can you even imagine what you can create? By using your hard work, resilience, and patience towards the things that matter I am sure you can create miracles in your life! That was the realization I had, and I am feeling so rejuvenated and happy just by actioning that and taking care of myself.
